I updated the discussion wiki pages to account for some changes such as bug #1168 being closed as a duplicate of bug #1169 and gfb*/gfp* being marked to move to the Future milestone.

Thanks Jacob, I've reverted the budget changes made to some of the bugs. Will update the discussion diagrams next.

this is financial auditing information that you've changed without
authorization. it is extremely serious. please read below in full.

you jumped at me and tried to stop me explaining, during
the meeting, but i was not finished explaining the seriousness of
the situation that you have put us into.

first some questions:

how are you going to guarantee to me that the absolutely critical
"auditability and accountability" trail has not been destroyed by
you not listening when i said yesterday "under no circumstances make
unauthorized changes to the budgets"?

you will need to go over every single bugreport comparing every single
budget against the NLnet RFP system, won't you?

and you've also forced ME into the position of having to double-check it,
because i am the one that is responsible for the guarantee that the
budget information is 100% accurate and synchronised with NLnet's
RFP system, haven't you?

this is a real serious costly mistake that threatens the project's
accountability to both NLnet and the EU Auditors.

until i have double-checked EVERY single amount i can no longer
say to NLnet "i have checked the Request for Payment and i can
guarantee it is accurate according to YOUR financial accounting
database, Finance Director Bob Goudriaan", can i?

i trust that in future when i say "under no circumstances make
unauthorized changes" you will LISTEN.

let me know when you have carried out the line-by-line comparison
of EVERY budget in the entire pair of unauthorized-changed sets
of grants.

also did you run budget-sync to make sure that the database is
consistent?

i know that you haven't because #1169 is inconsistent with #939.
(or, someone has made inconsiatent changes, possibly not you)
