I have previously mentioned that I think there should be 2 new compliance
subsets: SFS64 and SFFS64 that require 64-bit LE with BE optional and they
specify the full set of instructions expected to be on any 64-bit processor
(e.g. are quadword-atomics required? what about cfuged?)

this has aready been resolved, but the answer cannot be disclosed publicly
as it is OPF ISA WG confidential.
