a small example is needed which has JTAG that therefore has two clocks, for testing the new coriolis2 multi-clock, multi-power plugin

jean-paul i have added experiment10 and got it as far as i can.
i had to disconnect the shift register (see add.py) because of naming
issues in alliance.

JP after you got the niolib multi-clock working, this example showed that to be the case, declaring this one done.
