The bugzilla database and the manually edited wiki pages data with regard to NLNET RFP submission, and payment-recieved dates are out of sync and need to be manually brought into alignment by editing the cf_payees field of each bug and filling in the RFP submission, and RFP payment received dates that are listed on the many members' wiki pages. ***lkcl please complete this description and edit it for correctness***

iirc all the stuff I've submitted an rfp for is synched to bugzilla already. My wiki page may be out of date.
