Initial integration with OpenCores 10/100 Ethernet MAC has been added and partially tested in simulation, the new core does not interfere with core startup.

Still needs driver and testing on real hardware / simulation model, along with RGMII upgrade (RGMII project will be tracked in new bug report)

bugfixes resolved, wrapper is functional.
